Natural Dyes and Textiles

During the Covid lockdown period, like everyone else, I was restricted to my own home territory. Fortunately for me though, living in Norfolk woodland, I used the opportunity to explore natural dyes using the plant material from my home environment, both indoor and outdoor. The resultant textile work was made of a myriad of panels sewn together ‘kintsugi’ style, making the imperfect (situation) perfect.
